From source to evidence

The analysis pipeline sends document content to the configured AI provider to extract evidence blocks with source references, then structures compensation and other offer terms. Material factual claims must cite supplied evidence. Unsupported, missing or inconsistent information is rejected or marked for clarification. Extracted evidence can itself contain reading errors; compare it with your original documents.

Facts, uncertainty and suggestions

The report distinguishes stated terms from derived values, includes confidence and source references, and labels unanswered questions. Confidence is a signal about the supplied evidence, not a probability that an offer is correct or a promise about an outcome.

Comparing offers

Comparison preserves each offer’s sources and unknowns. Numerical differences require matching fields, currencies and supported bases. Equity language is not a valuation. PTO counts are not treated as equivalent without validated period, unit and eligibility information.

Preparing a response

Negotiation questions, priorities and drafts are suggestions to review and adapt. They do not establish legal leverage or predict what an employer will accept. See AI Limitations. Public paid delivery remains unavailable pending hosted verification.
