Private source content and reports

The analysis uses your supplied documents to extract offer terms and build an evidence-grounded report. Source documents and reports are not served through public links. Report access requires private proof; private routes request no indexing and no caching. Keep your access proof private: anyone with it may access or delete the analysis.

Retention and deletion

Document content and extracted evidence are sent to the configured AI provider, OpenAI, for analysis. Requests use its non-stored response setting. Provider processing and any provider-side retention remain governed by its account and data controls; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Deleting an OfferFinePrint analysis does not override independent provider obligations.

Customer source content and private reports expire 30 days after report creation. Failed or unfinished analyses expire no later than 30 days after analysis creation. Opening a report does not extend its lifetime.

Unverified uploads expire 3 hours after analysis creation. The daily cleanup schedule normally removes them within 27 hours of creation; service outages or cleanup backlogs can delay physical removal and failed removal stays queued for retry. Interrupted uploads also request deletion immediately. Before that request, this browser saves only the analysis identifier and private deletion proof, retries on reopening intake or reconnecting, and checks cleanup before another analysis. That local recovery record stays until the server accepts deletion. Do not clear browser storage while cleanup is pending.

Expiry blocks access immediately at the deadline. Server cleanup purges eligible records when run; access also enforces expiry. Use “Delete my analysis” in your private report and confirm to remove the source content and metadata, evidence, extracted terms, report, comparison, access proof and locally stored checkout references sooner. Deletion cannot be undone.

Minimal records used to prevent deleted data from being recreated may remain without document or report text. Deleting an analysis does not delete payment records held independently by a payment provider or copies you have saved yourself.

Deletion blocks report access immediately. Private object removal is queued for retry when storage is unavailable. Cleanup also checks for late uploads while previously issued upload permissions expire. Opaque cleanup references are removed after object cleanup completes.

Current availability

Public paid delivery remains unavailable until the dedicated backend and hosted privacy controls are verified. The local implementation is tested with synthetic documents and mocked services. No live processing, provider retention, or hosted cleanup certification is claimed by this page.
